Join us on Friday, October 19th, for a Meet and Greet from 2-5 p.m. at the Thomas G. Hildebrand DVM ’56 Equine Complex. During each hour, specific project owners will present and pitch their project ideas. Project owners looking for collaborators and faculty members in search of projects will have an opportunity to discuss projects, exchange ideas, and consider collaborations during the informal networking event held in the auditorium. However, project owners have committed to only be available during their selected one-hour time-slot. Project presentations will be held in the Heritage Place Room and Classroom B. 

Parking is available in Lot 126 at the Equine Complex with any valid A&M permit.

The presentation schedule will be be displayed once you login and will update continually.

Investigators who have posted projects may sign up to give a two-minute presentation on their projects. Sign-up and presentation-slide upload will be available through Wednesday, October 17th.

To sign up for a presentation:

• Login
• Go to “Browse projects”
• Select your posted project or projects via the filter: My involvement—owner posted
• Click on the project or projects that you want to present
• On the project details pages there is a Meet and Greet area—click “sign up” on the time you would like to present
• You will be assigned a two-minute window to present within the time slot selected
• If you are presenting multiple projects during the time slot, you will present back to back
• After you select a time slot, a default one-page pdf slide is created for the presentation
• You may upload your own one-page pdf slide to replace this.

To cancel your sign-up, click on the “cancel presentation” button in the Meet and Greet section of a posted project page.

To change your time slot, click on the “cancel presentation” button found in the Meet and Greet section of a posted project page. A new time slot may be chosen if there is an opening.
